Compensation & Growth Path

We believe compensation should directly reflect the value a doctor brings to both the organization and the patients they serve.

• Starting compensation: Most doctors begin between $85,000–$110,000
• Growth trajectory: Income can scale quickly with patient volume, skill development, and leadership contribution
• High performers / Clinic Leads: Compensation increases significantly and is directly tied to clinic volume and patients served. This is where our doctors are earning $170,000+

There is a wide range because we meet doctors where they are:

• On the other: experienced, execution-focused doctors ready to lead, grow volume, and expand influence
