AccentCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide PRN hospice care for patients in partnership with Hanford Pharmaceuticals’ high standards of quality and safety. The RN delivers comprehensive end-of-life nursing care in home or facility settings, including assessments, symptom and pain management, medication administration, and care planning. The nurse coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, documents per regulatory and company standards, and supports patient dignity and comfort. Collaboration, continuous learning, and adherence to evidence-based hospice practices are core to this role.
