In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property through proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, access control, and other life-safety systems. Responds promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred)Must possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
