Express Employment in Platteville, WI has partnered with a local business in Darlington, WI , to search for candidates for WELDER (TIG) roles. These are FULL-TIME, long-term temp to hire positions.
Job Title: TIG Welder
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The TIG Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on metal components while following safety and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on metal parts according to specifications
Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Keep work area clean and organized
Work with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
TIG welding experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
