Important: If you're looking for a pipe welding position, this is not the right opportunity. This role is strictly for shop welding and fabrication work only. What You'll Do: Fabricate high-quality steel productsframes, plates, and bracketsaccording to spec Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform accurate fit-ups, metal cutting, and TIG welding Conduct weld tests to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met Ensure finished assemblies and tanks meet exact design specifications What We're Looking For: 8+ years of TIG welding experience with thin-walled stainless steel and aluminum Expertise in stainless steel fabrication Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and shop prints Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Physically capable of handling shop work Must pass a TIG weld test on aluminum and stainless steel Clean background and drug screening required What We Offer: $32+ depending on experience Full-time, consistent work A solid team environment where quality and pride in craftsmanship matter Reliable transportation required If you're a skilled fabricator who takes pride in delivering top-notch welds and wants to be part of a hardworking, collaborative teamapply today!
