THE ROLE

As a  Window Cleaning Technician , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to homeowners from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

Yes, you'll clean windows.

But your real job is bigger:

You are creating an experience.

You'll represent our company in customers' homes, protect their property, communicate professionally, solve problems, pay attention to details, and leave every customer feeling like they made the right decision choosing us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Professionally clean residential windows and glass surfaces
• Safely use ladders, water-fed poles, squeegees, and other cleaning equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance
• Protect customers' homes, landscaping, furniture, and property
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Follow our proven service process and standards
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer's experience
• Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Maintain and care for company equipment
• Take before-and-after photos when required
• Represent our company's values and vision on every job
• Continuously improve your skills and performance
